Amr Fathallah, CPA, Principal Partner
Mr. Fathallah has over twenty five years of experience in the auditing, financial assessment and training field .He also conducted other related financial services for a wide variety of clients in different industries including international organizations as well as projects and NGO’s funded by international organizations as the UNDP, USAID, European Commission and others. Mr. Fathallah worked with a large number of USAID projects, NGOs as well as other funded projects about the resolution and closing of their audit findings and the improvement of their technical and financial capabilities. He was involved in developing and implementing financial management and accounting systems, budgeting systems, and setting financial strategies for NGOs. During his career path he developed and reviewed several operational manuals for NGOs as well as other organizations. He also participated in the preparation of USAID Financial Management Implementation Manual. Mr. Fathallah also used to work as a professor of CPA courses and other financial management courses at the American University of Cairo.
