Hossam Hilal, Managing Partner
Mr. Hilal is the managing partner of Grant Thornton Mohamed Hilal. As a Managing partner with more than thirty years of experience, Mr. Hilal has an ultimate oversight responsibility for all aspects of the office including audit, tax, and incorporation. Mr. Hilal is fully responsible for supervising and managing incorporation of new companies, providing council to potential investors on potential business opportunities, optimal company structure and supervision of the procedures taken to incorporate the company. He has extensive knowledge with the Egyptian laws and regulations. Mr. Hilal has developed and implemented business and financial plans, setting financial strategies, accounting system, and prepared feasibility studies for different projects. He also provided counselling on potential restructuring, acquisition programs and merger transactions. Moreover, he Supervised the valuation of companies and due diligence assignments, Evaluated and analyzed the financial positions and their result of operation.
