Mamdouh Afia, CMC, Partner
Mr. Mamdouh Afia heads the Strategy and Management team. He has 25 years of career experience in business development for private and public enterprises from a wide variety of industry sectors. He is a capable team leader where multi-disciplinary interventions are required.
His involvements include business case studies, strategic planning and operational improvement, for the purpose of developing the enterprise’s competitiveness to meet national and international challenges. He engages in assignments on advisory and executor levels and has provided top executives with coaching and mentoring throughout the projects’ cycle.
Mr. Afia has been also active in assignments to support government organizations and International Donors involved in Private Sector Development. He assists in designing national programs for upgrading and integrating industry specific sectors in global value chains. He has experience in advising and facilitating the strategy development and implementation processes in a multi-stakeholders environment.
Mr. Afia is a Certified Management Consultant and has an engineering background. He is one of the founders of the Management Consultants Association in Egypt and a member of the Board of Directors since its establishment.
