Mr. Tarek Youssef has over 32 years of experience in the fields of Auditing, Accounting and Corporate Governance. Throughout those years he has assumed multiple functions in the field of audit which has provided him with competencies that allowed him to become:
- Board Member of the Egyptian Society for Taxation (EST).
- Secretary General of Arab Society for Taxation (AST).
- Fellow of the Egyptian Society for Accountants & Auditors (FESAA)
- Assistant Secretary General-Arab Organization for CPA (AOCPA).
Mr. Tarek Youssef’s core competencies, vast knowledge base & experience in the field of Corporate Governance allow him to work both practically by implementing, evaluating and monitoring processes related to Corporate Governance in both the private sector & State-Owned Enterprises ; and theoretically through training boards’ of directors and other stakeholders in both Arabic and English in the field of Corporate Governance through tailored training courses that are carried out in the form of seminars, workshops , conferences and training courses – from Year 2001 - depending on the time, subject matter and target audience.
