Mr. Abou El Abbas has over twenty years of experience in developing operational, financial and administrative systems. In addition, he has experience in conducting financial due diligence, system analysis, and system development field as well as in conducting other related financial services for a wide variety of clients. He is specialized in business diagnosis, system analysis and design for different categories of businesses including SME. During his career life, he worked with a large number of clients on the developing of their operational, accounting, costing and internal control systems, developing financial and business plans, and improving their financial capabilities.
In addition, he also worked with a large number of clients on re-organization and restructuring, developing a complete set of operational manual including all policies and procedures related to the operation, administration and logistics systems, design a complete set of financial, accounting and costing system package in compliance with the international standards and/or international donors and converting manual accounting systems to an automated systems and developing an integrated modules relating to accounting, sales, procurement, fixed assets , inventory.
